Is there any cost for this feature? No. We provide this service to help teachers engage students and integrate our content into their classes.
How long will a response take?Typically we respond to email and audio requests in a few days. Video recordings can take 7-10 days. If we are delayed we will contact you by email. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know.
What types of questions do you answer? Any science-based questions associated with our toolkits, camps, virtual tours, or media content (YouTube, podcast, etc). We not answer any questions of a political, religious, cultural, or discriminatory nature. We reserve the right to not answer a question or to block accounts.
In what format are answers supplied? All responses will be sent by email to the address provided on the form. Audio files will be in mp3 format, video files in mp4 format.
